Crawl Space Cover Opening

This crawl space cover is open just enough at the bottom to let a rat in. And it did. A plumber working on the house a few months earlier bent the frame and didn’t properly replace the crawl space cover. That allowed just enough room for a rat to get under the house and then get into the house.
